Cains - Ire>NS>Lab>PEI abt. 1800

A Great Aunt told me that a 'bunch of Cain boys' left Ire for America. When they stopped in Nova Scotia for water some of the boys liked the area and stayed. some later moved to Labrador/Newfoundland area then some moved to PEI. I am trying to identify the bunch of boys or the ship. And any info if ship made it to America.
