I have been trying to connect this Cain family with Elizabeth Cain who married Jesse Morgan at Elizabethtown Hardin County KY 2 Oct 1808, and then moved to Daviss County IN - their first son was James Studeville Morgan - Hence I have also been putting together the “Stuteville” family - they moved from Grayson/Hardin KY to Spencer Co. IN -
First question: is Elizabeth Cain the sister of (a) William H. Cain, who married Nancy Stuteville 15 jul 1818 in Gayson KY and moved to Spencer IN, and/or (b) Polly Cain who married Richard Foggett Stuteville.at the same time (10 Oct 1808 Hardin, KY); Another possible sister is Sarah Cain who married Andrew Carmichael at the same time (6 Oct 1808 Hardin, KY).
2nd Q: Can anyone confirm these relationships?
3rd Q: who are the parents? Are they Patrick Cain and Miranda Brush?
