Thanks for the information. I am looking for my mystery Cain also. ? Cain b NC md 1832 GA Francis Angeline Brownell b1812
NC. They had Mary Ann Cain b1833 GA and Martha b1835 Al
then ? Cain dies between 1835-1838 in Escambia Florida or
at sea. Francis md again and her family of Brownell's all
end up in walton/Holmes by 1840. Mary Ann Cain md William Lancaster Jameson b1829 in 1852 Walton area. They are next to Spier Knight who settles there and Holmes. Jameson's
father also had land deals in Alabama & Florida with William
T. Spier from 1829-1850. Do you know anything about John
Cain of Lee Co.1830 ? its the only place Ive found a Cain
and Brownell on same census. Thanks
