There is a whole family tree For Edouad Bompasse (aka Edward Bompass 1620 (and his father) to current. Located in www.ancestry.com and www.familysearch.org Search under all the different spellings I have listed above. Their names changed through time. Edouad's name changed when he boarded the ship FORTUNE. Edward Bompass was aboard the first ship that sailed after the Mayflower called FORTUNE in 1621. You can find him on the ships registry on the website about the mayflower. Go to www.google.com (search engine) and type in Mayflower and the website will come up. They have the register for the Fortune there also. There are monuments in Plymouth with His name on it for being an early settler. He lived a long life with his wife Hanna. Hanna died nine days after he died. This site has a lot of info on him and his family:
www.geocities.com/psbumppo.geo/index.html Because of the Internet and everyone's posting their family information I have been able to piece together quickly my whole line from him to today!
