I am interested in some of the Brumleys who went to Ark. In hunting through the archives of Ark., I found an Anderson Brumley who shows up no where else. Not LDS,nothing!
The 1840 census, page 218 shows Anderson in Jackson Co, Ark. But on another page it shows Anderson, wife, and one son under five years old.
Land records show Anderson bought land in 1856, Woodruff Co, Ark.
1850 census of Jackson Co, Ark, Taylor's Bay, shows Anderson, 31, Tn; Marta, 36, Tn; James, 13, Tn; Erastus, 6, Ark.; Frances, 2, Ark, female.
I can't find an Anderson Brumley after 1856.
Is this anyone's family?
