Now for the Bouchard? side?
If they are Jean-Baptiste & Julie: The only Jean-Baptiste Bouchard living in RI at that time is a Jean-Baptiste Bouchard married to Adeline Gobeil, but I sincerely doubt that your great-grandmother was their daughter, as this family lived in Connecticut, Providence, and Smithfield, RI, and I have done extensive research on this family, which are related to me.
If she was really a Bazinet, then the only Bazinet married to a Julie is an:
Isidore Bazinet s/o Pierre & Marguerite FOrtier
Julie CHAPEDLAINE dit LARIVIERE d/o François & Julie Beaurégard
mg. La Présentation, QC. 12 May 1862
[Isidore and Julie were living in Mapleville, RI in 1880 census; he was 43y; she was 43y.]
Hopefully, some of this helps. I did find children of both of Alex's marriages to Philomène Tardif and "Caroline Bouchard" in the marriages of St. Stephen's, Dodgeville, MA.
