I have Jette, Tanguay, Red Drouin, PRDH, BMS2000, Blue Drouin, Rimouski Diocese Repertoire, 3 Talbots, and many more sources at my disposal. Since I read and speak French I have downloaded and referenced the actual Parish Register entries for most of the data presented. The Register entries are JPG files which I usually convert to PDF files and pass them on as attachments to emails. If you email me at cedesch@knology.net I will send these documents on to you. Let me know if you have a high speed internet connection since files to be transmitted are sized accordingly.

The Church was aware of the Consanguinity issue and the Register entry, loosely translated, states that they were accorded a dispensation from the third degree of consanguinity by the highest administrative authority on 23 May 1867. Their second and third Bans of Marriage were dispensed with and they were married on 27 May after the publication of one Ban of Marriage.

Check the Poitras Forum for my posting to you related to Bouchards.
