I have record of children: Edward, Ida and Beatrice Boucher, each being born in the Massachusetts (Bridgewater/Brockton area between 1888 and 1911. The father's name is found to have several different spellings: Calix, Calip, Calixte, Caliste etc. It is probable the last name is also misspelled by the census taker and not Boucher but Bouchard. His birth is listed as Canada c. 1865. Can anyone help find information on this person? I am able to find other families in Canada from 1901 and 1911 census records but they were already in the US by that time.
