Just received this info that connects us.
Herman Julius Krefft, grandson of Auguste Bohl, was born 14 Jul 1876 in Chicago, Illinois. He died 1 Feb 1943 in Forest Park, Illinois. He married Emma Meinert on 4 Nov 1898. She was born 19 Apr 1878 in Pomerania, Germany and died 13 Jun 1961 in Itasca, Illinois. Their children were:
A. Gertrude Emma, b 26 Mar 1901, d 10 Feb 1983 in Warsaw, Indiana. She married George H. Lenke on 4 Jun 1921 in Cicero, Illinois. He was born 20 Jul 1896 in Nebraska, and died 5 Nov 1969 in Newport Beach, California.
B. Mildred Emma, b 15 Aug 1903 in Cicero, Illinois, d 24 Aug 1988 in Waverly, Iowa. She married Eldo William Schornhorst on 14 Jun 1924 in Oak Park, Illinois. He was born 24 Jun 1902 and died 1 Oct 2001 in Waverly, Iowa.
C. Alma Anna Bertha Ottile, b 8 Feb 1906 in Cicero, Illinois, d7 Aug 1984 in Elgin, Illinois. She married Arthur Stamm on 8 Jan 1925 in Oak Park, Illinois. He was born 30 Apr 1898 in Mannheim, Germany and died 7 Feb 1990 in Crystal Lake, Illinois.
D. Helen, b 8 Apr 1908, d 16 Jan 1988. She married Albert J. Grobe on 9 Sep 1933. He was born 29 Nov 1898 and died 1 Mar 1986.
E. Myrtle Margaret, b 22 Nov 1910. She married Edward M. Stone on 4 Sep 1943 in Oak Park, Illinois. He was born 28 Sep 1910 in Chicago, Illinois and died 6 June 1987 in Monterey Park, California.
F. Harold H., b 1 May 1913, d 5 Jun 1996. He married Jane Crites on 2 Jul 1949. She was born 8 Dec 1922.
Children: Margaret Theresa, Robert Harold, Donald Alan, Joan Barbara, and Janice Lynn.
G. Theodore, b24 Dec 1915, d 24 Mar 1918 of influenza.
I also have a generation farther back and most all of the children and grandchildren for those listed above.
