It is really difficult because all of the Gabriel Blewetts are close relations in the mid eighteenth century. Are you sure Gabriel who married Mary Johns in 1794 was son of another Gabriel? Because I thought he was a closer match to Gabriel born in Gwithian in 1767 to Edward Bluet and Elizabeth Williams (siblings Edward 1751, William 1759, John 1761, Anne 1763, Thomas 1765, Gabriel 1767 and Bennet in 1769)

That would make Edward Bluet's father Edward Blewett who married Anne Cock in 1724 Gwithian, born in Gwinear in 1700 to Edward Blewett and Mary Cocke.
