I am searching for any information on Anna E.(annie)Besheers(basheers, bashears etc.) who married James Riley Davis 5-19-06 in Butler Co. MO. Anna was 25, Riley was 28.
The 1900 Butler Co MO Census Gillis Bluff TWP has the following listing
Ruth Moore 30 b. Mo
Alfored L 8 b. Mo
Annie Basheers boarder b. June 1882 MO.
Chester Moore 16 Step Son
This family is living 3 households from Margaret Schleuter who is the sister of Riley Davis
There is also in the same census and TWP, the following
Celine Willson head 40 b. AR
Catharine Willson wife 46 b. AR
Hannah Roberson 19 b. AR step daughter
William H. Roberson 15 b. MO step son
John Besheers 75 b. TN father-in-law
Maranda Besheers 13 b. MO
James H Besheers 15 b. MO
I have been told that Riley and Anna had a daughter probably about 1909-10 and that Anna died in child birth(unsure of this) and her family raised the child. They possibly could have gone to TX. My uncle says he remembers some relatives coming from Texas to visit when he was a small child.
Riley Davis is my Grandfather, he later married Lillie Harper my Grandmother.
Any help on this family especially the baby daughter of Riley and Anna would be appreciated
