Hi!
A William Bealle left a Columbia County, Georgia will, signed 28 January 1808, probated September 1812. He named his wife Nancy, daughters Mary Simms, Elizabeth Yarborough and Anne Finney, as well as sons John, Hezekiah, Charles and William Penn Bealle.
His daughter Mary Bealle married Abner Simms in 1792 in Columbia County, and her sister Elizabeth married Littleton Yarborough in 1788 in Richmond County. This suggests the girls were likely born circa 1770-1776.
His son William Penn Bealle (or Beale) was born in 1779, and died in Richmond County in 1864.
I have had no success in tying this William Bealle to any of the better known Bealle/Beale folks. Any ideas?
