I never heard of two marriages for Julia Anne Beale, and the man she married was Edwin Jefferson Railey, for certain. I thought the marriage date was 1850, and believe she was very young in 1843, as our family records show her parents to be the same as in your book, but she was born in 1828. I have two separate Bible entries to that effect.
Marvin J. Railey, grandson of Edwin Jefferson Railey and Julia Anne Beale did marry my grandmother, May 18, 1910, whose mother was Lelia Ann Robertson dau Nicholas W. Robertson IV, and she was b. May 1, 1854. I believe, though the overall substance of the records you have is of tremendous value, some individual entries appear to be somewhat off the mark and probably should be tweaked a bit and you previously explained how this could be so.
