I checked my copy of "The Genealogy of the Beale Family 1399-1956" by Frances Beal Smith Hodges. On page 196 she has a Julia Beale who married a John Railey. This is the only Railey listed in Mrs. Hodges's index.

Julia's parents are given as Joshua Martin Beale of Southampton Co. VA and Rebecca Atkins. They had five children:

Richard Augustus Beale m. Diana Lewis Simmons on 2 Jun 1845
Julia Beale m. John Railey
Mary Beale m. Edward Barnes
Margaret Beale m. James Edwards
Susan Beale m. Edwin Beale
