I'm searching for Beale family connections. Need parents' names of Julia Beale Railey b. 1823 or so. She married Edwin Jefferson Railey, 1850, or so. and Edwin was b. 1812 or 1814. Both presumably were born in Southampton County, VA and they lived for a time in Boykins Depot Township. They died in Kirby, NC. Also, my great grandfather, John Wesley Railey was born in Southampton County, VA, and he died in Hertford County, NC, at Como. He married Martha Ann Britt d. of Henry and Martha Britt, May 11, 1870, in Hertford County, NC. Interesting name: Drewry Beale.
