Hi,
Looking for the parents or any info on Oscar Bachand. He was born in French-Canada(Quebec) abt. 1872. According to the 1930 census, he immigrated to the US in 1892. He married Melvina (don't know her surname), who was from Vermont and her parents are from Quebec as well.

Oscar and Melvina had 5 children...Ernest L., Pauline E. Lillian H., Victor, and Priscilla Juliette b. 1918 in New York. They lived in N. Adams, MA and then in upstate NY, in Schenectady.

I'm just starting a family history for my aunt who's mom's maiden name is Bachand.
