Dear Perry,
After I sent you the message, I was going over my information and I found Alexander Austin b:1757, however he was the son of Charity Kendrick and Thomas Austin, the brother of John Austin. Apparently, Charity married Thomas in abt.1756 and John Austin in 1762 after the death of Thomas. Thomas Austin was also married before he married Charity, to someone named Martha Unknown and had 1 child with Martha, a daughter named Verlinda Austin b:19 Jan.1753 in Frederick Co., Md.--I have no other information on this side of the family, and no information on whomever Alexander married, so you probably have the correct information on Alexander except that we differ on the name of the father. If you have any other information, I would be very interested. sincerely, betsy
