Hi Betty--

My Charity had the last name "Austin", she was born about 1791 in MD. On 28 Jan 1816 she married Solomon Vanvacter of Jefferson Co, WVA. Solomon was born on 21 Oct 1795, a son of Joseph Vanvacter and Rachel Anne Offutt Vanvacter. Charity Austin may have been the dau of Alexander Austin and Eliz. Burgess Offutt, we are not sure.
