Need help working out the parents of William & Mary Ann. I have no idea what happened to his chn besides Charles R.

William Francis b. 1849, Arthur b. 1851, Joseph b. 1856, John Hart b. 1858.
1841 Census: William Austin born abt 1826 Warwickshire, England. William is aged 15 & appears to be living at Street: Berwood Hall Hamlet of Minworth, Civil parish: Curdworth Hundred: Hemlingford(Birmingham Division) County/Island:Warwickshire with his mother? Mary Austin born abt 1791 Warwickshire,and sister? Janes(Jane) Austin born abt 1830 Warwickshire,
1851-1901 Census: William is at Lichfield being born at St Martins, Birmingham Warwickshire about 1822.
IGI has William born 15 Nov 1821, Chris 3 Sep 1822 at Saint Martin, Birmingham but the parents are Joseph Austin & Sarah(nee Sheldon) but this doesn't seem right.Or is it??
