Charles R. Austin b. 1844 Livingston Co., NY, son of J.R. Austin and Agnes Elizabeth Wilbaskey born in Russia and married in 1839. His wife was Frances M. Vicar, born 1847 Wisconsin. They were married in 1867. They had one child; J.R. Austin Jr. b. 1878.
