Margaret Diana Astin/Aston was the daughter of Henry Astin and Queen Victoria Perry. They are in Wythe Co. in 1900 and 1910 census. Mother went by Victory. There are many siblings listed and they lived on Fox Mt. along near Henry's brother James and his family (my line). So Margaret was a cousin to my grandmother. From what I have heard your line (Henry and Victory) went to live in Marlinton, WVA after 1910. Margaret's parents divorced there and Victory married a man by the last name of OSCAR. By 1930 census Henry Astin (Margaret's father) moved back to VA (Pulaski) and is married to a woman named Eliza. It was confusing for a long time because I have a Margaret in my line too ! Henry Astin/Aston was the son of Pinkney Aston and Jane Edwards. They had all lived in Carroll Co. before 1900 and I believe Jane Edwards was from that county. They were married in Surry Co., NC though. Let me know if you have more questions.
