Thanks for that information which of William Jabrey Astin's sons and our daughter are you connected with my Great Great Grandfather who was an Astin was named Charles Astin who was from Morgan County. Georgia his Son George Washington Astin is my great grandfather who also lived in Morgan county. I was just reading the Astin material in the Morgan county book and saw that you submitted it. Do you know if anyone has a Picture of Samuel David Astin the son of William Jabrey Astin. My granfather has told me Samuel Was a Big man that he had to turn side ways to get in the train he was a Railroad Engineer for Georgia Railroad.I have been trying to arrange a family reunion for some time of all the Astin family in Georgia that is connected but we havent had any luck. Please write me soon about more on some of the Astin's of Morgan county. I would like to hear as much as I can I have the Astin Family coat of arms on my wall.
