My Grandfather was Carl Arneson, he had a brother Ole and another brother Ed(Edward),and a sister Emma. He was married to Anna Emilia Berg. He came to America sometime between 1910 and 1916. At first, he came to North Dakota and farmed for a time and then when he brought his family here they moved to Michigan. Carl(Karl) and Anna had four kids. Art, Einer, Charles and Olga.
Anna died in 1934 and Carl in 1940-42. These are only my memories and not necessarily basedin fact.
Carl and Anna are burried in the Black Hills as well as Olga. Art and Einer dissappeared after grandpa's funeral. Charles found the one brother on skidrow in New York.
Any relations to Charles Arneson would be appreciated. He had a daughter Jeannie and Roberta.
