Arneson Family, Mission Township, LaSalle County

Would appreciate hearing from anyone having knowledge of this family which, in 1850 consisted of Nelly, age 50 (Ragnilla Olsdatter Qvam), Ole, 20, Malinda, 15, John and Nelly (twins) age 12. They were all born in Norway and emigrated in 1843 to USA. The father was named Johann and there was a daughter, Ann, who would have been 17 and was probably working in another household at the time of this census. Ann is the one I am interested in. I would really like to know whether or not she married and, if so, to whom.

Some of the family used the farm name, anglicized to Quam and some may have used Johnson (Johnson is the name my ggrandmother used) and why I'd like to determine if the Ann who belonged to this family could be the Anna Johnson who married my ggrandfather.

Any help sincerely appreciated. Joan in Illinois
