Hello All:
My name is Robert O. Blea from Albuquerque,New Mexico.
I have a Maria Alvarez in my genealogy,but I have no informa
tion other than she married Antonio Jorge.
Antonio Jorge was born in 1565 in Los Lagos,Asturias-Spain.
He died between 1586 and 1655.His father was Juan Jorge-born
between 1514 and 1543 in Los Lagos,Asturias;died before 1628
in Spain.
Antonio Jorge and Maria Alvarez emigrated to Portugal.
Their son Manuel Griego Jorge was born between 1568 and 1616
in Tangier,Portugal.Married Maria Ana de Vera in 1630 in San
ta Fe,Nuevo Mexico.Manuel Griego Jorge died in September,16-
55 in Santa Fe.Maria Ana de Vera was born between 1612 and 1619 in Santa Fe and died between 1643 and 1711.
