Back in 1985 I adopted 2 girls - one was from Tampico Mexico and it was handled by Mr. Carlos Alvarez. At the time he was active in the Mormon Church. I would like to reach him (or anyone in his family) to let him know how the little girl is (she is 22 now!!) I believe he was an attorney in Brownsville, Texas. thank you Ellen Easton
