I am attempting to construct my family tree and would appreciate your help since I am new to this. My father's birth name was Jose Arturo Alvarez, although he has always gone by Arturo Lorenzo Alvarez. He was born on or about August 11, 1910 allegedly in Donna, TX which is what is stated on his birth certificate. He was raised in and around Ed Couch, TX. His father's name was Alberto who supposedly went on to minister in the Gonzales, TX area. My father was raised by an aunt named Cipriana, whose maiden name was Molano. Dad had one brother named Maximilliano, and one sister named Fermina. One cousin named Trinidad whom he grew up with. We are related to some Molano in San Benito, TX.
