I found Census Records from 1850 with Franklin, age 7 with his parents & siblings.
Then 1860, 1870, at which time he was married to Margaret, but can't find her maiden name.
Then 1880 when your grandfather is listed and on--
So --do you have access to the Census Records ? If so they are all Washington County, PA except 1860 and it is Allegheny County, PA
If not, let me know and I can send copies as attachments, or e-mail copies of transcripts.
