I'm researching the family of John Adams Adams. He was born 18 Oct 1845, in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana, to Spencer James Adams and Mary N. Brown.
He was a Texas lawman, and was killed in the line of duty 18 Dec. 1897. I have quite a bit of information about him, his wife and children, his sister Sarah (my direct line), and his father Spencer.
Does anyone have information about his mother, Mary N. Brown?
