We are trying to trace two brothers who were sent to Canada with the Middlemore Party, leaving Liverpool, UK and arriving in Quebec 14 June, 1882. Samuel was aged 12 and John aged 8 years. No destination is given after arrival.
These were the half brothers of my husband's grandmother. John was living at home in the 1881 census but no trace has been found of Samuel.
Any info. or pointers as to where to begin research would be greatly appreciated.
