Hi, my name is Marta Adames, my grandfather I believe is from the Canary Islands/Spain. I have been told three siblings lefted the Canary Islands/Spain. My grandfather Aquilino Adames and his sister Regalata (not sure of the spelling) ended up in Puerto Rico, San Sebastian aka El pepino. The other brother went to Dom. Rep. (no one seem to know his name) My grandfather married Francisca Rosa (Dona Cica - second wife) they had several children (sons) Ramon, Antonio, Franciso, Bernardino, (daughters) Melin, Juanita, Olga, Carmen, Adelaida and Kina (could be a nickname. I too believe all the Adames's in San Sebastian, Lares are related. If someone can provide how we are connected I would very much like to know.
