You are cordially invited to our 200 year Celebration on Sunday,June 29, 2008.Service begins at 11:00 A.M. Dinner will be served after service.The History room will be open, special music in the afternoon,and many will be dressed in period attire.A Book, " The Dials Church Collection", a History of Dials United Methodist Church, Two Hundred Years of History will be available. The book is more than a church history with sketches of the past preachers, archives of historical documents from Wofford College, and special events. Within its pages will also be found a treasure of church and community history, including sketches of Laurens, Gray Court and Owings, many old articles from the Laurens Advertiser issures from the late 1800 and early 1900's as well as sketches of families of those areas. An enormous collection of family photos and some genealogy is included.The Book is 436 pages and cost $ 36.00 plus $ 6.00 s/h Call 864-876-3712
